This was a great book for frontline sales or for in house reps who will be helping front lines on the back end. I’m an in house rep and was stagnant for 2 weeks. Started this book and the very next day landed a 42000 dollar deal. If you have been in sales for a while this book is a great refresher that puts you back in the winning mindset. I completed it in a matter of hours and will be listening to it again and again. Thank you for doing this Carl. Next book, please do an in house focused book.

A must have if you’re in the timeshare industry!
Very good points for the novice and the seasoned sales person! I have to admit that I was skeptical at first because there are so many garbage filled “sales” books on the market that are heavy on filler and light on substance. This is all substance, FACT! 😃
