Excellent and Informative
This is a great audiobook for those wanting to do their first ultra marathon. The book is packed with tons of useful, informative and practical content which is. broken down into clear sections that are easy to understand and follow. And the narration is awesome too. I learned a great deal and am going to gift this book for a friend who has made it a goal for next year to complete his first ultra marathon. Samuel Nash does a great job! Highly recommend.

Biggest challange!
I'm about to face the biggest challenge of my life! I'm getting old but used to play handball on the highest level when I was young.
Im so glad that I found this content as this will support me on my journey and prepare me not just physically but the biggest part here is Mentally for this huge Marathon. The best advice for sure was to find a crew of people around me who I can trust a team who will help me throughout my struggles and my challenge.
This content will help you before your biggest races and challenges 100% sure! Defo recommended training guide!

LOOK NO FURTHER!
I was gifted this marvelous audiobook by an acquaintance, and although I'm past the age where running a marathon is a consideration, it made me wish this information was readily available back in the day! Samuel Nash has done a terrific job collating every aspect of preparing for a marathon, perhaps the most important of which is one's mental attitude. Everything you need is right here - highly recommended!

Covers EVERYTHING for Runners
Gosh I loved this audiobook! Being a runner, I thought I knew everything there was to know about running but boy was I humbled! The narrators fun and pleasant voice was easy and fun to listen along to in gaining runners knowledge. Here are a few points that really stuck out to me, but are only the tip of the iceberg:
Figure out the distance that you want to run. Learning what goal you have and how far out you should put the race. For example, if you wanted to run 100 miles (wow!) put that one at Least 6 months out to train and make sure your body is ready to go through the race. Knowing your body and history will help you in choosing the correct race. Reflecting and know what you're capable of. Learn to eat and run on long runs. There will be moments when you can stop and eat a meal, be expected to snack while running. Test these foods beforehand so that you don't get surprise sickness while in the real race. Add a few extra hours to sleep time after a long race, your body and mind will thank you. If you're a serious runner, get this audiobook or book, I promise it's worth every penny!

Great Advice
Not being a runner myself, the idea of running a marathon seems insurmountable. However, after listening to this book, I can see how this incredible goal can be accomplished by focusing on one small step at a time rather than the end goal, which can feel overwhelming. The author breaks down training into very manageable and achievable steps to keep your mindset positive and to be able to see progress each step of the way.
For anyone thinking of, or in the process of, training for a marathon, this is your book!

Great Guide!!
As someone who's been working in the fitness industry for almost 20 years I found this book to be highly educational when it comes to the proper training for an Ultramarathon.
This book was well researched, well written, and we'll narrated. If I could give more than five stars I would.
Every athlete, and anyone who just enjoys exercise should listen to this book. It provides excellent tools to enhance your abilities.

Mental and physical conditioning for the race
I've ran track and field in high school and also a former amatuer boxer so I understand the concept of peak performance; I thought the 4 minute mile was tough; 50-100K mile race? This takes it to a different level of mental and physical conditioning and The Ultra Marathon Bible can take your conditioning and performance there.

Interesting book
I recently started taking exercising seriously and when I saw this title, I was intrigued by it. I know if I can learn the tricks about running marathons, I can apply the strategies to my exercise routines. Marathon is not too far from my thoughts either. The information in this book will help anyone who wants to run seriously and just for their health or for a cause. It is an interesting book that has what you can apply to other areas of your life. Good narration too.
