Must read to step up your inner game. let's do it!

I actually bowed at the end of this book.
it summed up knowledge that I had scattered and added a lot of useful meditation tehniques and hacks that pull me towards my goal: to be the best version of myself.
Life needs you to dead this book. do it!

Expected more

the advice given is not original or thought provoking in any way...

on the plus side, the author limits the no of examples from biz / his personal life focusing on the advice itself. this resulted in a reasonably inspiring book.

Great advice for the stressed out

This book is full of good advice for stressed out and overworked people. I must admit, the author lost my confidence at the point when he started talking about how to communicate with plants. I try to be as open-minded as the next person, but that was a little out there for me. Throughout the book he refers to resources that will help you achieve the various skills he talks about in each chapter, but the resources section is not included in this audiobook. Therefore, a significant percentage of the useful information that could have been obtained from this book is unavailable.

With those two qualifications, I would call this book a good introduction to stress management and life fulfillment, but not necessarily a comprehensive manual

Too much profanity

Some good ideas. Some evidence extrapolation presented as truth. IMO, credibility suffers from so much profanity.

Some good ideas but..

Some good ideas but.. The vulgar language gets annoying and distracting. A real monk would have been a little more respectful of his audience.
