Age is but a number

Dr Gladys McGarey shares amazing insights from her 102 years of living. Beautifully narrated by, with a few interviews from Gladys herself. Everything in our lives has a positive side. I found her 6 lessons clear and easy to follow. What struck me was when she said 'Everything is always movibg'. I loved the book.
