About this listen

It’s one thing to read about witches, it’s another thing to discover you are one.

Glasgow law student David Hunter is drifting through life and feels something is missing. When on a night out someone tries to kill him and he discovers he is from a long line of witches known as Dream Dancers, his life is turned upside down.

Now David has unwittingly exposed himself to a world of powerful witches, clandestine government agencies, and a fight to protect the Akashic records.

Is a life filled with magick really his true calling in life?

If you love witches, magick, and conspiracy theories, you’ll love the first book in this fast-paced supernatural thriller series.

All though it was fairly short, it kept my interest. Looking forward to the next sequel!

I liked that it was a quick read (or) listen and that there are other sequel books to continue the story.

Entertaining

Plotl8ne is a bit thin and characters need a bit more development. Hopefully this will happen in the successive books. Would have liked a bit more connection to the real witches of Scotland and more actual history.

Beyond Witchery

I liked the possibility that this author was creating a new world. However, I have been reading books all year referencing or with witch in the title, and some were cliché and others were a wonderful new world, but this really has nothing to do with witches. It felt like they were trying to explain new age concepts.
it felt like YA, but then they, almost as an afterthought, through in sexual content. I didn't want to finish, but I did.

showed promise, but...
