These applications are based on the latest emerging knowledge from retraining therapy and use state-of-the-art audio processing to mask the effects of tinnitus.
The underlying principle is quite simple: The soundscapes (60 minutes each) effectively reduce the dominance of the tinnitus in the auditory system and in many cases also teach the brain to permanently suppress the disturbing noise. The tinnitus is masked and "blocked out" by the brain so it is no longer a disruption.

- One of the six soundscapes in excellent audio quality, specially developed for tinnitus masking,
- High-quality stereo headphones: Be sure to use products with good sound reproduction.
This simple and highly effective method allows you to push the tinnitus into the background and counteract obsessive fixation on the noise. At the same time, you are reducing the stressful physical and psychological reaction to the tinnitus.

Good try
The sounds came close to alleviating the ringing in my ears but it still was present. Each chapter had a similar chirping noise that I found to be obnoxious. While this is the closest I've come to removing the ringing, it didn't actually get rid of it.

Finally...
I've tried a lot of stuff over the past few years. NOTHING helped, nothing was worth the money. A few weeks ago I discovered this bundle of "music". Great. Works, at least for MY tinnitus. All tracks are really worth the money.

Tremendou for relaxation and meditation
The benefits of relaxation and sleep aid are worth a try. It ook me about 6 hrs over 3 days before the complete, whole body relaxation to UNEXPECTADLY manifest itself. I've not been relaxed and at peace in decades as I am after 2 weeks using the program. The is now a conditioned response to just putting audiophile quality headphones on and the feelings of calming and relaxing feelings growing up from my core. I experienced better quality sleep when I fell asleep for a night with the headphones on. Only then did I notice a marked reduction in the tinnitus.

Life Saver
I’m not exaggerating when i say, as a sufferer of tinnitus for years, things went up a level when a second tone came in one of my ears (on top of the normal high pitch). I thought I was going to go insane. Lots of tears, but then I found this audiobook and I was able to sleep last night.
I’m only in day one, but I have this playing all the time in the background. I don’t need it in my ear (earbud/headphone) to eradicate the pitches to an acceptable level once the book is playing.
To be even clearer, this helped me cope. I’d love if it cures me one day, but I just wanted to be able to think. This helped me manage my tinnitus.
This condition bites and having this book, for me, was a God send.

Helps me sleep
This sound therapy is the most helpful for sleep with tinnitus. It is a miraculous tool that allows my tinnitus to become part of the sound therapy thus allowing my brain to relax. I’m so grateful I found this program!
