Sincere author willing to teach

A very short book with some honest nuggets for new agents. A little advice, for an audio book, refer listeners to your website for resources. When spelling out ALL of the websites it becomes painful. Hearing the author say "https//" several dozen times makes the task of listening and paying attention, daunting.

Good content, but why read out every URL???

This audio book's content is good for realtors, but there is frustration for the listener when the author reads every URL link he's put in the book (and there are a lot) beginning wit H-T-T-P-S forward slash, forward slash... Ugh.

William J. May - A Hard Working Agent Has Written A Great Book With A No Nonsense Approach

I enjoyed learning about William’s practical recommendations and guidance for new Agents...not just for Top 10 Expired Objections - All of which are good. These added extras meant more to me (an unexpected bonus) as I am a newly Licensed Agent in Southern California who has yet to pick a Brokerage to work at. Specifically, use of Dialers, CRM’s, Geographic Marketing information providers, and other industry-specific vendors. You can gain from William’s knowledge because you can tell he works hard daily and has been in the trenches...I like the fact that he reiterates the fact that there is no “Magic Pill” or “Silver Bullet”, but instead focuses on delivering the news that this is an occupation that looks easy on the surface, but requires practice and skill building...and most critical - good old fashioned hard work. Great Job!

Nuggets of gold!

William May is a straight shooter. This book is loaded with nuggets off gold, great information without the fluff. If your new to the business or a veteran I highly recommend William’s book.
