Transformation is not off the cards (not at all)
As Kevin Brown will adamantly bring to your attention, transformation is not off the cards. In fact, if you follow some simple, yet effective mindset alterations, the odds of positive transformation begin to stack in your favor. Because a little shift here and there creates monstrous positive compounding effects that work for you, not against you, like perhaps how they once did. And its these shifts that Brown gives away so generously and with joy, such as neuroscience hacks (my gosh, these are epic), recognizing obstacles, developing powerful EQ (emotionally intelligence-in my opinion, the ultimate game-changer), and a ton more undeniably powerful pointers, that are destined to shift one’s perceptions from limitation to empowerment on basically every metric.

I am starting out on a new venture to be my own boss and wanted some help with self-talk and making positive habits. I found this audiobook on transforming my life, and it has been a game changer. Life Changing
This is a very helpful guide. It made me really analyze what has been standing in my way and create a plan. I am working on implementing the routines that are going to give me success. I found it inspirational throughout (I did not know the WD40 story!) It's one thing to make goals for yourself, but if you don't have a plan on how to achieve them, you're just wasting time. This book gives you everything you need.
