Pretty good book

I love Atomic Habits, but this one is also pretty good. It is always good to have a second view or opinion on a subject to understand more about it. Lot of useful information that You might have missed if you don't get a second opinion on the subject. Enjoyed this one a lot.

Now I’m ready to break some habits!

I’ve had some bad habits in my life that I’ve been needing to break like scrolling on my phone late at night and eating too much fast. Thanks to the information in this book, I feel like I have the steps I need to take to be able to move forward in the right direction and kick these habits to the curb for good!

Let's face it. Having a few bad habits almost goes along with being human. You don't have to live with them though. This book offers a helpful guide to breaking your bad habits for good no matter how large or small. The narration is smooth and the other practically lays out a methodology for helping get you over the humps in your life!

lifesaver for my procrastination!

Easy to follow guide
