Pretty good book
I love Atomic Habits, but this one is also pretty good. It is always good to have a second view or opinion on a subject to understand more about it. Lot of useful information that You might have missed if you don't get a second opinion on the subject. Enjoyed this one a lot.

Now I’m ready to break some habits!
I’ve had some bad habits in my life that I’ve been needing to break like scrolling on my phone late at night and eating too much fast. lifesaver for my procrastination!

Easy to follow guide

Let's face it. Having a few bad habits almost goes along with being human. You don't have to live with them though. This book offers a helpful guide to breaking your bad habits for good no matter how large or small.
