Packed with life changing information. I am looking for to this new and improved version of my life. I immediately started implementing the knowledge gained while reading this book. Everything makes perfect sense.

By the way the chapters are complete.It's just the way the chapters follow to the next..meaning the last sentence is actually the heading of the next chapter. The narrative sounds good, it works!

Love this book, but each chapter is prematurely cut off mid sentence. I’m not sure who to report this issue to? I want to keep the book but would like the chapters to be complete.

I really enjoyed and took away just how important it is to not overwork our digestive system. It also made sense to me that we don’t eat the way we are intended to eat. We mix way too many concentrated foods together, which is incredibly difficult for our bodies to process. I gave 4 stars because I feel there should be a more clear outline in exactly how to live the program.
