4 hours of Goggins-level mastery

Why did I mention Goggins in the title? Well, because this book brings about those kind of “go get it and make no excuses” vibe, but from a meticulous science-like approach that employs formulas, know-how, and “working smart” to effectively create a mindset of powerful discipline. There a basically no areas of life that will not improve once these approaches to enhancing one’s mindset have taken a foothold. Vaughn Carter expertly delivers the goods on task-setting, getting off your behind and getting it done, learning when and where to say nay nay (prob my face part of this whole book was discovering when to say NO to stuff and when to optimize my time and energy for more important tasks- a game changer), mastering health for optimized energy, and so so so much more. Excellent self-help kickstarter.
