Milo’s such a hero. Get the book and let Garrett Michael Brown share a story!

Ohhhh man I loved the book! Milo’s such a hero! Not only keeping everyone alive in the hab, fixing things as they're mechanical and old, prone to break down. And since he's the only one who cares, he fixes things as just a part of his chores. But he's also playing the MMORPG that's all the rage! He made contact with his real family, a family he believed was long dead, if only he had known it would have been an epic reunion! Plus Milo isn't going to let his new in-game friends die or end up as slaves, not if he can help it! And it certainly doesn’t matter to him whether they're NPCs or Players. And he deals with the Devs and even the personable AI Wally as he deftly steps around the political traps that they've set in his way.

Here's a couple of quotes that tickled me:

"Hades, God of Death and Taxes..."

"Gert is being a big Doody-Pants and hiding all the apples! I’m hungry!”

I really like this series

I follow this on royal road and it’s one of my favorites. The story is great and I really like the characters. Narrator seems to be doing a lot better than book one, hopefully he keeps growing with the series. Get the book you won’t regret it.

Another great installment

I love the detail the author puts into making this world seem real and lived in by more than Milo himself. Lots of other characters with their own stories we only hatch glimpses of. My one regret is how slow some of the potentially character influencing events, people you know are going to meet, mysteries that must be addressed but are left unsolved for future installments, etc. Overall amazing work. But, once again I must beg for more as soon as possible. I need to know about Milo and his family, what's happening with Beatrice, and learn more about the mysteries surrounding and swallowing poor Milo at every corner. it almost feels like I can't get a handle on those plots because those don't get enough time to develop which leaves the book feeling like a half of or even a single act of a complete story. Regardless this series is one of my favorites and I'm picking up both the Kindle and audible versions at every opportunity.
