Comprehensive and Helpful

This was definitely an interesting read to me. I had no idea how many organic remedies and simple solutions there were that someone could do at home for Gut/Digestive related issues. While the book is a gut health book for women, I picked up on a few helpful insights that I don't feel are gender specific and will be recommending this book to the women in my life whose concerns it can certainly address

Health Nut Here

I am a big believer in being that natural medicine and healthy food and exercise is our best doctor. Granted there are things that need the intervention of Western medicine, but all in all. Natural remedies are best as in for preventative medicine. This audiobook shows just that! Well at least some things we can all do, whether you are a man or a woman. You can benefit from the info in this book. Hoping my mom can gain benefit from this, since I got this mostly for her.
