This is my favorite cookbook.

This is my favorite cookbook. I’ve been vegetarian for 12 years. The recipes are easy to make, delicious, don’t require hard to find ingredients. There is the nutritional information for every recipe. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I wish I could find more audiobooks like this!

Extremely Well Guide

Very impressed with this book. Bought it for my son who is vegan and runs regularly. A precise purchase.The book itself is great. The book is a success, and for each of them, it will become very clear and handy to understand. This used to be a very pleasing listen. Overall, I would recommend. This used to be a very unique listen.

Love it

Some reviews express disappointment since there are no photographs in this cookbook. I must say I’m a visual cook myself, and I constantly need pictures of the finished meals to get inspired.

Wonderful Guide!!

I was looking for healthy recipes for meal prep featuring vegetarian diet and my friend recommended me this cookbook. This book showed me why it is so important to have protein in my diet and how I can still be vegan and get the protein I need. With this book, I am able to see just how easy it is to live a vegan lifestyle and be happy with my choices. In addition to being vegan, the recipes in this book are also primarily gluten free and of course, dairy free. There are breakfast recipes, lunch recipes, snacks and dinner recipes. All these recipes are very detailed, easy to follow, with full nutritional information. I have tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my dishes were really great.

Great meals and definitely helped me get my daily

Great meals and definitely helped me get my daily protein as a vegan. I enjoyed them. I just started on my fitness journey and my kitchen knowledge is limited. I am also a bad cook but this audiobook did help me out a lot with clear instructions and the recipes are pretty easy to prepare. Definitely recommend for vegans and plant-based diets!!

I want more cookbooks by this author!

I have numerous veggie cookbooks and this is by far my absolute favorite vegetarian cookbook ever. The recipes are so delicious and so healthful. My carnivore husband praises so many of these meals, especially the falafel. The author's intro to each recipe and easy-to-follow directions make you feel like you know her. I want more cookbooks by this author!
