This book is a scam!!!
They put intermittent fasting and kept for women as a subtitle to suck you into the trap. When she starts talking about ketosis can lead to keto acidosis, I wanted to stop listening. this is not even true! they are two complete different animals. I was curious to see what other things she said. She just lists different diets, different foods. She recommends grains for a diabetic!!! Like she lists a supposedly healthy breakfast for a diabetic as toast with jam, oatmeal and coffee!!!! also she says the keto diet can consist of watermelon, whole grains, rice..... and blah blah blah that shows she knows nothing of ketogenic diets. I am already following a keto diet and incorporate fasting into my routine for many years now. I just had a credit that would be expiring soon and wanted to listen from a different persons tips and perspective. Please do not follow the advise in this book. You will stay fat and unhealthy if you do. There is better books out there.
