Effective stuff

It describes the mechanisms of action of fasting in the body, various methods of fasting, the effect of fasting on cancer and diabetes, activation of the immune system, lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, anti-inflammatory effect of fasting, increasing muscle mass, keto recipes for intermittent fasting. Straight forward and very doable

I especially appreciated how she broke down the different levels of hunger. It helped me identify when I’m really hungry and when I’m just eating because I’m stressed or bored. Her tips to approaching social meals were also extremely helpful. If you, like me, have tried every diet and weight loss trend out there, this is a refreshing and effective approach to changing how you eat and how you approach meals.

It is excellent guide for Intermittent Fasting. Intermittent post 16: 8 is the most suitable for me from all types of post.
