Practical and Refreshing
The way this was written was approachable and very practical. I liked how the author was realistic about the challenges some people have when it comes to wellness and self-care. I finished this book excited to take good care of myself in small ways. I liked how she gave the scientific reasons why certain habits matter, while being easy to read and understand. Great book, I’d recommend this to any of my friends!
