Positive and encouraging!
Listening to this made me feel inspired to actively look for more joy in life and gave some great examples of how to do that. It today's stressful world, this was a comforting thing to listen to. The advice was wise, the reader was enjoyable, the topic was exactly what I needed. Recommended!
