Simple, informative and practical
I enjoyed listening to Workouts for Seniors Over 60. Even though it doesn't quite apply to my current situation (I am in my 30s) I thought it would be interesting to discover the obstacles and challenges that come with an ageing body, to better prevent muscle atrophy and bone decay. The information is very interesting and the chapters each offer a specific focus area (core strength, flexibility, etc.). Exercises are well described to facilitate execution. I was very pleased with the content and have recommended this audiobook to a few of my family members.

Amazing!
I bought this for my dad that is 66, Ive been telling him he needs to get active, and this helped guide him, so now every day at 3:00, we turn this on and go through it. It's structured very well, easy to follow, and he seems to enjoy actually doing something lol so thank you, 10/10 highly rccommend.

Best book for seniors
I really do feel that this is the best book I have listened to for people over 60. I am not there as yet but the author was kind enough to include information for people like me.
The material is jam-packed with useful exercises. The information regarding upper, lower body, core and back exercises are particularly well addressed - explained in depth taking the appropriate care to avoid injury. I feel better informed about how to age gracefully after listening to this very interesting audiobook.

Essential!! For older people
I'm not quite at this age range yet, but I'm doing everything I can to prepare for it. You body changes so dramatically after 45 or so, and being prepared to take care of it is vital. Literally - it means your life.
So glad I found this one.
Great narration too.

It is a great book and I highly recommend it. The book doesn't leave anything out. It is great for people under the age of 60 who have arthritis as well.

Excellent book for core strength and joint pain
I work in an elder facility and implemented the simple stretches and exercises described step by step in this book in a group class at work and all of my clients absolutely loved it! I did it along with them, and I too noticed to feel better physically. I felt more flexible and stronger. What I found most helpful in this book is the fact that the author really addresses the core which is the most important component in healthy aging and mobility. I recommend this book to all who are over 60 especially those with joint pain.

A workout that works!
I was doing the workout as the narrator was calling it out... I haven't felt gains like that in years. I was a little sore but the sore that tells you that you did something. I will be on the lookout for other books!
