I really do feel that this is the best book I have listened to for people over 60. I am not there as yet but the author was kind enough to include information for people like me.
The material is jam-packed with useful exercises. The information regarding upper, lower body, core and back exercises are particularly well addressed - explained in depth taking the appropriate care to avoid injury. I feel better informed about how to age gracefully after listening to this very interesting audiobook.
