I'm going through a separation right now, and this book is a good fit for me.
Think of yourself first, this is very good advice. I'm going to do this instead of helping people who don't respect me, and don't deserve my help.
Know yourself to be happy. This book is a long way to change to be happy, as the author says.
Be positive, read, be smiling, whether it's an interview or your job, smile. Love yourself and surround yourself with the right people, no toxic people. This book has good advice in every chapter.
As the author says, you can't change others, but you can change yourself. A happy person can live longer, and I believe in that. There's even a list for being healthy, what to change to grow, and anxiety. The advice continues throughout this book which is two books in one. Great value for knowledge and your wallet. I already listened the author's two books in the past, and this collection refreshed my memory.
Give hugs for stress release, meditation. I liked this part, it is a beautiful human value to show appreciation, love with a hug.
This book has a lot of advice on Self-confidence. In short, this book is very interesting, and that's what I needed right now. And I laughed at what the author said: having better sex, when you're healthy, you exercise, and you don't just think about your flaws, and don’t have self-confidence.

I always have a problem finding self-esteem. I have many negative thoughts, and I worry about what people think of me in everything I say or do. I am so glad I found this book. A wonderful 2-in-1 value for more confidence
After raising all my kids as a stay at home mom, I realized that my self confidence and self esteem needed a little boost as I ventured out to the workplace. I really enjoyed all of the sound advice that these two books had to offer and feel like I'm ready to go out and conquer the world. I also want my daughters to listen to this too- I think it is important information that every woman should hear. Great books!
