Great perspective on importance of quality communication

I really appreciate the perspective and actionable content in this book. I have observed over the years the relative performance of quality communicators over quality thinkers (who are not blessed with good communication skills) to the detriment of the companies assessing whose advice to take. This book is the first I’ve read that states clearly why those with good ideas have the obligation to ensure their message is heard well and teaches in an understandable way how to go about improving their communication ability. Thank you for writing it, I look forward to putting this book into practice and improving my ability to both persuade and empathize more effectively.
