Vital information for health!
as someone who has been in the health and nutrition field for several decades, I am always amazed and humbled when I come across information that totally revolutionizes Healthcare, not necessarily meaning government Healthcare but personal health care. this book should be read by everyone and if taking the heart, could prevent much suffering and disease merely by adjusting your water and salt intake. you always to yourself and your loved ones to try this non-invasive treatment first.

Such a simple answer to so many health problems
I’ve been researching science and health topics for years. I was literally stunned by the information in this book. Every claim the author makes is supported by clearly explained facts about exactly how the body works in each instance. While listening to this book I felt as though I had uncovered a secret manuscript that had been hidden away from all of us. How could we all not know such basic information to keep ourselves healthy? EVERYONE should read this book!
