Osho describes how our goal orientation can never be satisfied. After power and sex, fame and fortune we can move on to enlightenment, finding God, whatever. How can we get out of the trap of desire and enjoy being alive?

Responding to a question about why there are not many women comediennes or jokes which do not have a male chauvinistic ring to them, Osho dives into the context and history of women in societies and the sense of humor coming into existence at a late stage of evolution. No animal other than humans have a sense of humor. The sense of humor can be called the criterion whether evolution has become conscious or not.

Vipassana sabse kimti dhyan hai. Iski vidhi hai, sirph baithkar shvas ko dekhte rahna. Yah pranayam nahi hai, shvas ki naisargik gati ko sakshibhav se dekhna hi vipassana hai. Is tarh dekht-dekhte hi chitt ke sare rog tirohit ho jate hai, sharir se sambandh tut jata hai. Ise aharnish kahi bhi kiya ja sakta hai.

Fin dalla più tenera età Osho si pone di fronte alla vita come spirito libero, rifiuta persino la fede della famiglia, di religione giainista, e sfida sempre e comunque il potere costituito e chi lo rappresenta. Termina comunque gli studi nel 1956, laureandosi in filosofia e prosegue la carriera universitaria come professore. Solo agli inizi degli anni Sessanta si sente pronto a intraprendere un tipo di lavoro diverso: aiutare altri esseri umani a vivere la stessa esperienza da lui vissuta.

Con el ser humano termina el proceso de evolución natural, automático. El ser humano es el último producto de la evolución inconsciente. Con él comienza la evolución consciente. Primero, la evolución inconsciente es mecánica y natural. Ocurre por solo. A través de este tipo de evolución, la conciencia se desarrolla. Pero en el momento en que la consciencia comienza a manifestarse, la evolución inconsciente se detiene porque ha alcanzado su objetivo.

Every child is born ecstatic - with a high level of happiness. Ecstasy is natural. It is something that everybody brings naturally into the world; everybody comes with it. It is part of being alive. Life is ecstasy. Every child brings it into the world, but then society jumps on the child, starts destroying every possibility of ecstasy, starts making the child miserable, starts conditioning the child, and the child comes to know that to be miserable is right, to be happy is wrong. That becomes the deep association.

The West has taken to meditation with great enthusiasm. We contemplate. We concentrate. We embrace mindfulness techniques and a multitude of mantras. We have undertaken to “do” meditation. Yah samaj tumhare dukh par ji rahe ho. Yaha jo yashasvi log hai ve tum par tabhi tak niyantran kar sakte hai jab tak tum dukhi ho. Islyie tumhe dhukhi rahna padta hai. Lekin sukh tumhara svabhav hai, tumhare bhitar hi hai. Dukh ke karan dur kar do, sukh pragat hoga.

To follow any kind of leader is an intrinsically fascist concept—introduced to us by religions and conditioning. People want to be free, yet they are looking for a leader to provide that freedom, keeping themselves bound in a subtle slavery. Osho encourages us to have the guts to create our own path. To walk it and create it at the same time. This talk is a deep analysis of the human mind, its conditioning and the understanding needed to be free from the obstacles preventing its freedom.

Yah ek prashnottari hai jisme Osho sadhako ke prashno ke uttar dete hain. Prashna vyaktigat jeevan ke sambamdh me hain. Anand hai atma- anubhav, utsav hai us anubhav ke liye astitva ko dhanyavad. Jo dhyan ki aankh kholenge unake liye poora jeevan utsavmaya hoga.
