Awesome source for overcoming burnout
I personally feel burnout very often and I didn't know how to properly manage burnout, and sometimes I didn't even realize if I am in burnout stage. This audibook not only works as burnout checklist but also works as a remedy book to cure and manage your burnout syndrom. Everyone nowadays often expeirence burnout and need thsi kind of book in their bookshelf. Most important burnout management is preventing burnout and this audiobook did awesome job explaining how to prevent burnout. Highly recommend.

Worth a listen
Work and other things I have to handle in my everyday life have a tendency to get me tired and stressed out at times lately, so this audiobook was great for me to listen to. The strategies shared by the author are helpful and useful so that I can be more productive without burning out myself. This book was a good reminder for me to ensure I do self-care (which for me, listening to this book was a form of self-care), maintaining good nutrition, good sleep, and meditation/mindfulness are the other things to keep in mind. This is an audiobook definitely worth a listen.
