Super concise & easy to understand!
I appreciate how concise the information is, all in under an hour - great for all of the busy people out there! The author simplified this somewhat confusing subject in an easy-to-understand way. I feel like I can go back and listen to this over and over to get more out of it. The narrator's voice is perfect! I especially appreciate the emphasis on natural ways to increase happy hormones using diet and lifestyle changes. The author also has a section at the end that tells you what to eat and do to increase these hormones. I'll be listening to this book again for sure!

A simply done book full of nuggets!
This is a great smaller book to get a quick understanding of hormones and how to get a hold of them to effect your emotions and happiness. The book is well done mostly because it is concise! It is not full of fluff material to enlarge the book size. The book deals with things like diet, exercise and the science behind hormones and how to stay happy within our stressed induced life and mood changes. Well done.
