Must read for managers who want a strong team!

If you could sum up 75 Ways for Managers to Hire, Develop, and Keep Great Employees in three words, what would they be?

Develop - Common-sense - Real World scenarios

Who was your favorite character and why?

Not relevant

What does Walter Dixon bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

A quick listen and can get through a lot of material and then use it right away with my employees the same day.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Not that kind of book. I was overwhelmingly impressed with Falcone's way to take difficult situations in the workplace and be able to articulate them for human resources practitioners or a seasoned senior manager who wants more knowledge. But on the other hand, a newly promoted manager or supervisor could use all of the tips in this book and be so far ahead of their leadership game!

Any additional comments?

If you oversee a team at work, you must buy this book and listen to it three or four times until it permeates your mind to be able to repeat back what Paul says as employee advice. This book will assist you in your path to becoming a great leader!
