About this listen

The last three years have not been easy for Nora Hazard, but she's been able to create a new life for herself. Since becoming orb-Bonded, she's managed to survive, then thrive. She's mastered her power and grown up during her time as a soldier, even experiencing love.

But circumstances will force Nora to make new choices. Her deal with a powerful demigoddess is coming to an end, bringing new opportunities and new dangers - including secret information about her painful, mysterious past. Her loyalties will be put to the test.

Unfortunately, despite her survivor mentality, her luck is terrible. Trouble seems to follow her wherever she goes. After uncovering a massive plot that directly threatens everything she holds dear, she will be forced into a struggle that pushes her to her very limits.

For Nora Hazard, nothing is ever simple, but she made a promise to someone important to never give up. She's been wounded in spirit and body, but remains unbroken. Anyone or anything that picks a fight with her or threatens her friends may come to regret it, even a dark god.

Contains mature themes.

On an increasingly respectable list of publications by Blaise Corvin, Accounts Payable stands out. Nora Hazard is a character that is fun, exciting, and very real in a way most LitRPG books don't explore. Corvin is not afraid to have characters with flaws, and he's not afraid of hard topics. I spent the whole book rooting for Nora with all my might. AP is Corvins best book to date and I can't wait to see what he does next.

Blaise Corvin's best book yet

Loved this addition to the collection. Now I am eagerly awaiting the next Delver book to see how this all continues 😁

Great addition to the series 👍👍

Amazing. I loved it. It is the best one in the series! This book and all of the other ones that take place on Ludus are some of my favorite books of all time

In the Gamelit world of authors, a few stand out as a must buy. Blaise is one of those authors and he did a great job on this book as well.

Great book lots of chacter resolution, some nice twists really enjoyed it . Looking forward to her in Delvers four. Also had some great battle scenes just very well written overall.

A lot of people don't like this as much as delvers LLC which is understandable.... But this story was written very consistently and well delivered. The only real problems I have are more of logical inconsistencies brought about the author letting his own values effect ludus's values. First the one I can forgive due to if it wasn't in the story it would probably push it somewhere much less entertaining: rape, men are so important but rape brings about an extremely harsh punishment (this is from delvers LLC story) which while I'd see it being punished but due to men being rare and women expendable it doesn't really fit, and THAT is what I have an issue with. I've always felt that even if I don't like something, if it makes sense then it is acceptable. *****EDIT: re-read review, poor choice of wording. I want to see them get punished but the outrage culture aspect that goes along with it makes no sense. It should be treated in a more cold and calculating manner for the rest of the universe's citizens. Now if it were just the earthlings that got so outraged it would make more sense. And that is the logical inconsistency I was talking about. *****
Now in this series she gets angry at a dragon for watching her dress and bathe... women of this world shouldn't be really bothered by that, because if it was a guy he would probably be more flattered (if uncomfortable) even if he didn't find giant lizards attractive. It would be more of a look but don't touch type policy. I think there were more logical flaws like this but these stuck out the most in each series. Otherwise it is a very well built world.

I enjoyed this series

Nora still is a bit of an idiot, she makes mistakes and forgets to think about the big picture sometimes. But in the end she does pull herself together and fights for the greater good. She is a little bit overpowered, but not too overpowered like the Delvers team. I think Henry or Jason would beat her, she won't get destroyed, but it would be a good battle. Looking forward to what happens next now that both series have converged.

Really enjoyed

jumping ahead 3 years in a story can be hard but BC does it extremely well that magnificent bastard.
the characters feel true to themselves and the plot makes sense
we hit the point where Nora mets the Delvers and it feels very satisfying...

Emily does a fine job with really surprising me or going all in...
still, what she delivers is good, just not great, and it gives the story life.

A satisfying end to the trilogy

I really enjoyed this book and series. Nora just can’t catch a break and everything always ends up with her having to play the hero, all the while exclaiming that she is no rotting hero. if you enjoyed the other two Nora HazRd books, you will love this one. I can’t wait to see what happens now that she is involved with Delvers LLC.

Excellent series
