Informative Bundle on Managing Anxiety

I came across this audiobook bundle “Anxiety Exploration 2-in-1 Box Set: Anxiety Monster + Hoarding Disorder Help- A Guide for Managing Anxiety and it’s Many Disorders”, which is great because I was interested to have a guide on anxiety management. With this audiobook I am also able to have a resource on how to address hoarding when it arises. The lesson on decluttering success is one that stood out to me.

Amazing Value!

This box set was amazing! So much knowledge in both these books. It will help you overcome your anxiety as well as free up space in your life from hoarding unneeded stuff in your life. The narration is very well done.

Articulated Well

This bundle was well worth it. I really listened for the anxiety section but the hoarding topic was cool too. Really helped with understanding my own anxiety and for that I am grateful I listened.

My anxiety is gone forever!!

I can't believe that I finally don't have to worry about anxiety anymore. All my life I felt like a wallflower because I was too shy to talk to anyone. I can now life my life to the fullest and not worry about what people think of me, meeting new people or anything! I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulder and I can finally breathe. Great help

There is nothing worse than being anxious about everything. Why not clean up your mind and just think about what it's worth? This book helped me a lot to not worry about unnecessary things and to eliminate anxiety. In the end, each of us is anxious about something, so I recommend this book to everyone.

A good guide to a less anxious life!

The best way to describe this box set is if minimalism and the state of calmness were to have a baby, it would be this box set. Anxiety can manifest in various ways and Anxiety Monster helps me better understand how generalized anxiety can manifest in our everyday life. I never knew that many people with hoarding disorder also experience other mental disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. One of the advice that is shared between both books in this box set is mindfulness. I am quite familiar with mindfulness meditation and it never ceases to amaze me the benefits of the practice on our mental health.

So thankful for this set!

I have someone I want to share this with and actually wanted to listen to the books before I passed it on. I learned a few things here and took away some techniques to identify triggers and face those. By putting myself into some uncomfortable situations, while feeling safe, is one way for me to slowly work through some of my own anxiety-filled moments. Having said that, I think this book will be a really good resource for someone I know. It's comforting to know that this book focuses on relaxation strategies and why these moments are so important.

Highly recommendable if you have anxiety

This combination of 2 books is excellent. Anxiety is becoming a bigger and bigger issue in today’s world, especially with the pandemic, a lot of people are out of business and jobs. So overall anxiety of the people is rising up. But most of the time, even though we are in anxiety, we can not identify it. And this book will help you create awareness about your anxiety and help you identify the physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms of it. It will also give you some physible and steady advice that can literally help you reduce and eventually get rid
of it. And the second book is all about decluttering your mind from unnecessary objects. It will help you organize your home so does your life. Overall it’s a very informative and straight to the point book. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with anxiety.
