Direct and precise information in layman’s language

Was looking for a resource to give me directions on how to help and understand the hoarder in our family. The entire support structure is reading and discussing. We have a better understanding on how to help and support during the life journey. I highly recommend.

Although I do not have a hoarding disorder, the audiobook guide is a wonderful go-to resource to those needing some solutions to their decluttering problems. With tips like how to prevent being overwhelmed with clutter, to even strategies to help your stressful situations on making it happen, this audiobook guide is a recommended listen to help you solve hoarding.

good practical help

The author presents enlightening connections between hoarding and other personality deficits. Good starting place to read on this subject. The redundancy appears to be intentional, and for the reader's retention.

Minimalism to me is like meditation!

I know it will be good, and bring about a ton of benefits for me, but I just do not know where to start... sooo I don't haha!

My place has been getting a bit messier lately though, and I really need a change. I need things to work more smoothly. I need less problems. This book has been wonderful help in that regard. It has made what I found to be an overwhelming challenge to be an easy, simplified, and approachable thing.

Highly recommend it if you relate to what I am saying!

Great tips!

I unconsciously fell into the trap of holding onto items for too long and this was keeping my house extremely cluttered and with static energy. I wanted to give it a good clean up but was struggling to decide what to throw away and how to throw/give away. This book was a great help!

A great reference for people looking to help themselves or a loved one overcome this issue. You never really understand the mind of someone living with this issue. The book provides great insight on this however to place yourself in their shoes, so to speak. The outlined steps in this book are also very helpful in organizing your own possessions regardless if you hoard or not!

Pronunciation and tone

The book has some great information and potential steps. The narrator’s voice and intonation felt too sweet and light at times. Almost felt like she was talking down to the listener—as times almost offensive.
