  • A third containing a staircase induction that will "walk you down" a mental stairway into a deeply relaxed state that ends with you in a peaceful, safe place where you can feel comfortable enough to completely open up to these hypnotic suggestions. Would you try another book from Rachael Meddows and/or the narrator?

There were 3 meditations in this series. I sometimes have a hard time relaxing and meditating so use your own judgement and experience. I liked this, but have had better experiences with other meditations. I would like to try them several more times to see if I can relax and balance my chakras.

This book is amazing. I could not get enough. I love it. The way everything flowed and recentered me was just amazing. I will be buying this book to listen to over and over again.

I have been using this guided meditation on and off for about 5 years, most often during stress filled seasons of life, and love it! I would call myself a 'novice' and, initially, even a sceptic of most alternative forms of 'help' and self care ...No more sceptic!!
I have only used this audio laying down at bed time ...9 times out of 10 I fall asleep within the first 15 to 20 minutes, however this is when my subconscious receives the benefits of the hypnotic suggestions.
I always wake feeling rested and MUCH more calm and peace filled.

What about the narrator’s performance did you like?

narrator's voice was very relaxing and i was easily able to get into a deep state of relaxation by following her instructions.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It is not a book to listen to all in one sitting. I listened to two meditations in one sitting. I think that if I had listened to all at once that I would have been asleep during the last meditation and not have gained as much benefit from it as I could. This book is going to be part of an ongoing practice of meditation and be returned to over and over again.
