Good Bodyweight Training Insights
There are many “so called” fitness gurus out there. I watched many of their videos and read many fitness books. Andy has interesting ideas for bodyweight programming, backed with real scientific research by the likes of Brad Schoenfeld. Nice job Andy 👍🏻
