PT as an audiobook

A truly comprehensive guide designed for you to succeed in the gym. I personally loved the details explained in each and every one of the excersices. I learned a lot from this and I am getting great results from just doing the excersices with better quality. So glad I found this book. Very inspiring and motivating audiobook!

Educative and Relevant!

The book "7 X Your Strength Gains Even if You’re a Man, Woman or Clueless Beginner Over 50
Bodyweight Training Exercises and Calisthenic Workouts" gives insight into how to get fit and lots of information on how it really works, how to start training properly and why you people over 50 years of age do not need to get involved in rigorous exercise but rather use very simple and practical exercises for all parts of the body that will not give strain on the body.

super useful

this book is super useful. with all of the lockdowns that happened earlier this year I got pretty into calisthenics and have been consuming as much info on it as I can. this book is up there with some of the best books I've listened to so far. highly recommend for anyone looking to get shredded this summer!

Motivated me to get going!

I'm a man over 50 and have been struggling with my health, weight, and fitness for years. But, not anymore. After listening to this audiobook, I know exactly what to do and how to do it. I really loved the section on back workouts and core stability. It made total sense to me from the perspective of muscle communication. I also feel more confident that I can do this without risking injury and while staying in my comfort zone.

I am now recommending this audiobook to my family and friends, and anyone who wants to maintain an active lifestyle

Comprehensive Guide to Bodyweight Training

Bodybuilder and personal trainer rex bonds, has written a comprehensive, yet throrough guide to bodyweight trainig. All of the exercises in this book can performed in your own home, without the need for expensive equipment. This is such a good timing for the whole COVID epidemic.

Even though I have been a fitness enthusiast for my whole life and have been incorportaing bodyweight exercises into my routine. I never before understoood how many variations for each exercise type, or how to progress in a logical way, or how criticcal it is to have proper form before moving on to a harder exercise.

Rex bonds also supplements the book with sage advice on nutrition, hydration, and ways to avoiding injury. This makes you feel like you have a personal trainer at your own fingertips!

Plateau Buster!

I’ve been lifting for about a decade straight and have gone through many programs and transformations myself. I was curious in this book because of how much is promised to increased my strength. It definitely helped me increase my bench and squat! Highly recommended!

I just love this book

This audio book has help me way more than those youtube videos, I have been enthusiastic beginner of exercises for a year. I have been absorbing information about the discipline I can, but thanks to God I met with this book online, it has really helped me, I mean it really has a lot to offer. There are a lot of videos and information for studying techniques but pretty little for programming and progression, this book offers and contains those for paltry sum when compared to a personal trainer or even a training app. Above all this book is probably a well researched and presented guide. I therefore recommend this book to everyone who wants to maintain an active lifestyle.
