A concise extremely well written and narrated book. I have been an avid weight trainer for 40 years and I think this is among the most helpful of audio books.

The way K.J. Lucas break’s topics down is very effective. I highly recommend this book for people seeking maximum fat loss through training and diet.

This book is to the point, easy to listen, and easy to follow. It explains how muscles not only improve our looks, but also our health. The author shows us how to build our bodies with exercise and diet. A good manual to refer to on our journey to becoming physically fit.

I really enjoyed this audio book as it assisted in helping me plan my new workouts. I have a couple work out books but this one is my favorite. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

What an interesting listen. I have always just "worked out"- running or some machines here and there, as I am getting older I realize I need to adapt my workouts or risk serious injury. This book lays out how to optimize results and decrease risk. I am excited to put some of the practices in this book to use.

This is a great book written in a clear no-nonsense manner. I can't say I have learned things I didn't know but sometimes someone just says it the right way that it actually sinks in! LOL Lets face it, being leaner and stronger is a life commitment and you can't "out work" poor nutrition choices. Thank you K.J. Lucas for such a helpful audio book.
