We all know it’s hard to find a healthy work environment. This book explains in detail how to achieve a healthy work environment and what to look out for when interviewing. The author also shares links for further education and support.
After reading this book I feel I am better prepared to avoid burnout.

This book teaches you how to destress and have a good night's sleep without worrying all night long. I wish I had this book 30 years ago, and I would have spent better days, not completely stressed out.
I am now retired, so now I'm no longer stressed, but this could have happened sooner if I only would have had this book to help me through this.
I think everyone needs this book, and I recommend it to everyone.
