Insightful audiobook

Stress is a major thing for me. Work is my biggest trigger. I was reccomend this audiobook as a way to help management workplace stress and other various factors so that I may live a happier, less stressful life.

This audiobook delivered. It’s filled with so much good information and the advice and suggestions provided are really going to help. Plus, the narration was great! Totally recommend.

How to Find the Right Fit for You

If you're struggling with burnout, From Burnout to Belonging is a great book to check out. It talks about the 5 microcultures that lead to a low-stress workplace, and how to find the one that suits you best. The book also has tons of useful information on stress management and journaling, which can help you get a better handle on your career. So helpful to feel better

This book is a must listen. It is so unbelievably timely. Everyone can benefit from listening it. Burnout? Yes. It so easy to be cynical, and to get stuck there. This book will help you get your power back and provide strategies to help you engage and connect to your soul. The methods are easy to implement and you can start using them right away at your current job - and the results are amazing!

So Insightful!

This book helped me to know how to identify burnout and to start taking steps to make it that I won't have to go through it again in future. I especially found the techniques for dealing with burnout now to be very helpful.

This is great

Using the methods outlined in this book, I was able to manage a number of aspects of my hectic life and avoid burning out. Finding the root causes of the issue our profession is facing was the most important point it made. I've gotten a lot out of this book in many different ways! wonderful book I would certainly suggest it to anyone.

A must-have book!

This book is very informative and full of great advice. What I found the most helpful were the 5 steps of microcultures and the stress relieving techniques.
After reading this book I felt uplifted, confident, and prepared for any work related situation.

Recommended for anybody with a job

Dr Carozzi writes authentically and from personal experience about burnout. Her analysis of the 5 micro cultures that manifest in the workplace is a fresh perspective on identifying the right work environment that suits you to mitigate the risk of burnout.

educational, good narration

Especially with the changes Covid has made in the work environment, it is harder to find a good job.
We all know it’s hard to find a healthy work environment. This book explains in detail how to achieve a healthy work environment and what to look out for when interviewing. The author also shares links for further education and support.
After reading this book I feel I am better prepared to avoid burnout.
I recommend this audiobook.

I loved this AudioBook so much!

"From Burnout to Belonging: Discover the 5 Microcultures That Lead to a Low-Stress Workplace" is a needed book by everyone. Most people have a stressful day at work or even work on work-related items at night or on the weekends. I know this is how my days were spent, working day and night. I didn't spend time with my husband but instead with a laptop on my lap working.

This book teaches you how to destress and have a good night's sleep without worrying all night long. I wish I had this book 30 years ago, and I would have spent better days, not completely stressed out.

I am now retired, so now I'm no longer stressed, but this could have happened sooner if I only would have had this book to help me through this.

I think everyone needs this book, and I recommend it to everyone.

It has benefited me in a number of ways!

I discovered how to manage several elements of my busy life by using the techniques presented in this book to prevent me from burning out. The most crucial thing it has pointed out was identifying the causes of the problem we have in the profession. This book has greatly benefited me in a number of ways! Fantastic book! Would defiantly recommend it to anyone.
