For busy women like myself
Listening to this audiobook was already self-care in itself. There were a lot of helpful and useful info that was shared in this audiobook, however, I found some of what was said repetitive and redundant, even at the beginning with the introduction. Despite this, as a busy woman myself, this was a nice book to listen to on my ride to and from work and while doing things around the house. For busy women like myself, this is an audiobook worth listening to.

Great book for when you are on the go!
This is a well constructed book as it deals with people who have a problem slowing down. I like the way it reminds su that we need a certain balance in our life, not just j=work and being busy. the chapter on i=unhealthy habits was one fo my favorites as it deals with the negative things that we tend to hold onto, even when we know that they are not good for us. Good book!

Inspiring
A great resource for self love and taking care of ourselves. This book provides good insights on taking time for self care in spite of the busy schedule and many conflicting priorities. There is no excuse. The better we take time for ourselves, the better we are able to have stronger relationships with others and excel in our daily activities. Enjoyed the book.
