An exceptional blueprint

R.M Collective steps up to the plate and delivers a solid empowering shock to the world of ADHD sufferers.

The overriding paradigm in society seems to be that we must use something outside of ourselves (medication, etc) to alter our inner worlds.

When in fact, as the author so beautifully demonstrates, we can master the inverse; taking on our inner world to the point of self-mastery.

And believe it or not; it can be done.

This is a 3.5 hour long powerful array of potentially life changing strategies to combat ADHD, ranging from management of overwhelming feelings, a true understanding of the condition, mental space clearing methods, and so much more.

An invaluable listen to those who want to shift into a paradigm of giving oneself the greatest gift; self-help.

Helpful both as a person with ADHD and as a parent

Not only do I have ADHD, but where it is still early, I can see it in my daughter already, too. Knowing what I've gone through and that I've had to work extremely hard to make sure that I learned how to deal with these issues, It's tough working with a child and trying to get her to understand the amount of work that will be required to get her through it as well.

This book will be very helpful for anyone dealing with ADHD or developing new and improved strategies for helping someone else deal with ADHD. I'm definitely going to listen to this again and take notes on a few other things to try with my daughter. The words within this book will be extremely helpful.

I would highly recommend this book for anyone unsure about how to deal with ADHD or if you're having a hard time coming up with productive ways to get through having ADHD.
