A good overall guide for CBT
A great guide for both teens and kids to manage their thoughts and emotions better. I’m a fan of CBT and the author does a good job presenting the subject in a informative and engaging manner. It’s practical and easy to follow. The narrator’s voice is also calming while keeping you engaged.
