Then, there are sections with foods to choose from for every meal. My favourite part is the 28-day meal plan because I'm terrible at creating a plan for myself. Having it all laid out for me is a godsend! And it's so easy to follow - there are snacks between meals and everything. This is a diet that I can truly follow. After just a couple of days, I can feel the difference! This is going to be a game-changer!
