Publisher's summary

Are you dealing with a difficult ex who’s ruining your kids’ childhoods?

Does it feel impossible to be happy because of this, not being able to see a way out?

Are the challenges of co-parenting too difficult that you feel lost and hopeless?

You probably feel like you want to scream from the top of a mountain or pull your hair out because of the stress.

It’s okay. You are completely justified to feel this way. Take a break and relax because there are plenty of solutions you can try.

That’s what this guide will do for you. You can move on with your life, handle difficult situations, and focus on your children to the best of your abilities.

In Co-Parenting Hell, you will discover:

  • Six distinct signs that you have a narcissistic ex and how you can deal with this difficult person in your life
  • The importance of empathy parenting and how you can use this to raise healthy children
  • The underlying reason why your ex may be a narcissist and why they have developed this personality trait
  • The common coercion techniques narcissists use - and how you can stop them before it becomes explosive
  • The steps to recover from being married to a narcissist and leave the past behind
  • And much more

These challenges might pop up one after the other, but with the right knowledge, you can knock them out of the park!

Even a narcissistic ex who has caused you so much misery will seem like another bump in the road. All it takes is an experienced mentor, the will to move on, and the love for your children.

I wish I read this before my divorce!

I found this book really helpful. I wish I’d known there was a name and a whole slew of folks out there experiencing situations similar to mine. The more I learn about how to deal with these people the more protected I feel when he slings the arrows of emotional abuse.

it was ok!

I was actually expecting to read more about parenting, but only a fewer chapter was about that. it was more like a documentary of her personal experience. I really like it when she gives examples of what she was talking about.

A resource for parent survivors

An easy read on the struggles of co-parenting with a narcissist. After reading this, you will understand that you are not alone and that what you're up against can actually be dealt with. Apart from the gender pronouns always identifying the narcissist as male, this was a good read.

I would have liked to see alternating gender pronouns and a more in-depth discussion about the practical tools for dealing with these kinds of toxic people as well as some specific places to find help, but it represents a good overall start.
