Bland

My biggest outtake of CBT would be to create an action plan to relief the characteristics that hinder you in any way. Whether it’s anxiety, phobia, trauma or anything that disconnects you from the world. You have to get comfortable to heal which you can’t rush the process but you must place yourself into situations that create a stimulus to start the growth/change within.

Lastly, most people aren’t mentally capable of healing because of the vulnerable state people will have to conquer.

The narrator was very dry and didn’t hold my attention and had to keep rewinding the book. The book was in itself low tier informative with its therapy mindset. What my first two takes on the book are is just an interpretation and reading between the lines if you will.

Sadly I’d not recommend.

good

Good information to know, but a little bit repetitive and the narration is so so.

It was ok

So some good basic information and thought and starting points for people who may be seeking help or advice possibly just wanting to know more such as myself. The narrator was ok however the narration sounded like it was recorded in a tin can or had a metallic type echo to it is the best I can describe it.

Amateurish writing in bad audio

This audiobook sounds terrible. I couldn’t stand to listen to it for long because of the audio quality being so poor. I would never want to pay money or a credit for this because of that reason. The writing is also not very good at all. It uses a lot of extra words to try to make it sound smarter, but it’s not really saying much for those extra words. I’ll give you an example of that. 'It can be said that depression can happen to people of any age.' 'Depression can happen for all kinds of reasons.'
