Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic tool that is used to help people who suffer from addictions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The audio book offers interesting insights and has provided me with valuable help to get out of a very difficult situation in my life.
Recommended for those who want to start approaching cognitive behavioral therapy.
