This book is life changing! Andee gives amazing strategies and examples of how to implement her connect method parenting. Such a good read! Just finished and I want to start it over again. I love the “action plans” at the end of each chapter. So many self help books are just informational, but I really appreciate the specific examples and actions she gives us so we can apply it and see real changes in our lives.

I started following Andee on Instagram. I heard enough that I knew I would eventually read her book but I was content with the gems she shared on the gram. Then a few weeks ago a friend asked me if I could choose just one parenting book what would it be? I have read soooo many!! I have to admit that I told my friend that it would be THIS book, even though I hadn't even read it yet. So naturally I needed to read it. I can a million percent now say that THIS is the book!!! I am not a young new mom. I have an adult child who attempted suicide a few years back, 2 teens and a pre teen. I am what you call a seasoned parent. But even with all of my experience and books read I had not found anything as impactful on my parenting then this book. I read it in 2 days and have already begun to use her tools and I am finding so much joy and peace in my parenting again...even with my adult daughter!!!
