Motivation to get Healthy

Thanks Reyna Lynn for this excellent book that takes the reader through a tour of the Mediterranean to better understand the way of life for locals there, the simple and easy ways to incorporate their healthy food preparation, exercise and living habits into Western life. I really appreciate how detailed and practical this book went so that even a beginner like me, with no prior understanding, can come away well-informed and ready to transform their life and eating with these foods and strategies. Having a meal plan and simple exercise routine outlined takes away all the excuses for not getting started right away! A Guide To A Better Life

The Mediterranean diet is known to be the healthiest diet in the world. Reading this book I’ve learned that this diet is both very affordable as well as sustainable, unlike other trendy diets. I’m happy to know that this lifestyle change may not only help me lose weight, but will also help me live a longer and better life. Interesting book

This is a very interesting book. I am interested in learning more about the Mediterranean diet. It seems much healthier than the traditional American diet. I like that the Mediterranean diet focuses more on fish than other proteins. Red meat and dairy are much more limited than what Americans are used to. I feel that to improve health a change like this may be just what is needed.

Packed with great information

This is a great book educating on the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet, actually lifestyle.

Things I love about this book:

1. As an RN, I know that the information is valuable and science based. I recommend this diet to my patients.

2. It includes a full week of meal examples to get you started.

3. It also includes an exercise section.

4. To me, this book is not just about a diet, it is about health. It's not a quick weight loss plan, it's actually helping the reader make lifestyle changes that will help them forever, or as long as they stick to it.

Highly recommended and Nurse approved.

Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy!

It is an amazing book related to the Mediterranean Diet. Mostly, it does happen that whenever we start dieting then we quit after a while. To remain constant is a tough job because it is not easy to quit tasty food for a long time. So, this guide is really working as a friendly trainer for one who wants something interesting for their diet.

It is a good recommendation for everyone and especially who wants to reduce their weight with healthy diet plan.

This is a great book with recipes that I need!!

I love the Mediterranean lifestyle.. the culture and architecture. but I am also aware that many in this region seem to live a longer life. It is supposedly due to the diet. These recipes are rich with vegetables and oils that assist with a better healthier meal. The fats alone do more for us than we realize and this book breaks down the benefits.
