Walked and learned!
I listened to and finished this book while taking my daily walks. The narrator was pleasant and I felt as if I was killing two birds with one stone by exercising and learning. The author makes the transition to the whole food plant based lifestyle simply by giving simple and actionable steps that anyone can accomplish. I also liked that the emphasis was on the process of transformation and not the all or nothing diet.

A great book for beginners.
This book was for me. I have been hesitant for years to get into the plant based diet programs that I see around. I was afraid to give up my mainstay things of meat that I enjoy. But as I get older, many of those items are no longer as good for me and I had to get realistic. This book explains much of the basics and even has a chapter on what you can replace meat with. I am going to take a better effort now due to this book. Thanks

Great Book!
This is the second book I’ve read by this Author. Karin is an expert in this area and always explains things in detail and in layman’s terms. This book is well organized and to the point. If you’re interested in finding out how to incorporate or change completely to a plant-based diet, then look no further. Thanks to this book, I now know how. I plan to try this and have answers for family and friends who find this different. I’ve already purchased Karin’s other book with the recipes that follow this plant-based diet. If you haven’t done so, make it easy and purchase both books for the complete program. I highly recommend!
