Great combo - sleep & weight loss
This audiobook is great for some guided, relaxing meditations that are designed to help you fall asleep fast. And while you're at it, you get some meditations and affirmations about how to curb emotional eating. The narrator's voice is hypnotic - I found myself falling asleep more easily. I think this is a good combination to add to any health plan you have made. Better sleep and controlling emotional eating can help just about anyone.

I’ve never fallen asleep faster!
I am a struggling insomniac. I have been this way for decades. No matter what I do, or how many supplements I take before bed, I cannot fall asleep quickly, or stay asleep, or wake restful. I even have a prescription for sleeping pills from my doctor.
I decided to try this and other Hypnosis Audible books and this one by far is my favorite. It’s my number one go to at night. I pop in one earbud, hit play, and I’m out before the first chapter is even half way through. And I wake up refreshed almost every morning and ready to hit the day! I have no idea what goes through my brain while I’m listening to this, but it seems to be working well in the weight loss as well, because yesterday I was able to put on a pair of pants, zip and button, that I’ve never been able to get up past my thighs! This book is the only thing I’ve changed in my routine!
I highly recommend this book💜💜

Amazing!!
I love the idea of this book of getting rid of my craving habit for food while I'm sleeping.
I also get a better idea of how to sleep and wake up fresh the following day, like a good rest night. Which nowadays is challenging to achieve. But this has been an audiobook, the perfect guide to get these results. Enjoy as I did!

The guided meditations in this audiobook are relaxing and have helped me fall asleep faster than I would have without it. As someone who has struggled falling asleep their entire adulthood, I’m always looking for a healthy coping skill or tool to help me get to sleep—this audiobook is exactly the tool I need right now.
