This guide is excellent.
It has already helped me change deeply ingrained eating habits and gotten me more excited about excersize than I originally believed possible.
Jessica White 's self hypnosis audios are very effective and have helped me do better with this audiobook than any other weight loss method I have previously attempted.

Great info
I like how she is handling weight from different aspects. Her approach to weight loss is realistic and sustainable. I also learned new interesting hypnosis techniques. This audiobook is excellent for weight loss as well as other stuff. Her technique is quite amazing.

Easy to follow
Her method and reasoning for it makes the most sense to me when comparing it with other weight loss methods. Since I listened this 1 month ago, I lost 6 pounds without effort, deprivation or hunger pangs. Tiny (mini) daily successes are the key to long term change. Affect the brain and the body will follow.

You first need to understand the signs and symptoms of being abused. Then you learn to protect yourself with knowledge and self esteem. You can change your situation when you know how you are being manipulated.

Wow! Fantastic audiobook!!
This helpful audiobook give you an insight to understanding whether you are been manipulated or not or whether you are manipulating other people. It also helps you with portraying your message better if you develop the body language points. This audiobook also give you sort of advice and guidance on what to do if you are been manipulated and how to deal with this person and behaviour.

This audio-course was outstanding
I have been watching online courses for quite some time, some are good and some not so good. I have always been one to believe in unusual approaches to life’s situations. In other words, I strongly believe that our bodies can heal themselves of nearly everything. I find that western medicine (and this is only my opinion, and this doesn’t apply to every single western medical entity) is corrupt. It only has one thing in mind, their pockets. Any how, my point, this course was outstanding, I came to this conclusion after only a few hours into the course. The Narrator is excellent in the ways he presents the approach to weight loss, and in I way I hadn’t considered before. The way he speaks and presents each lesson is hypnotic, pun intended. This is one Audible and weight loss program that I will put in my favorites and watch continuously. Does it work, I have no evidence of that just yet because I just completed the course, in two days mind you. So for the moment, I can not say whether it does or does not. Do I believe it will, I do. If I can leave another comment or updated this one, I will return in a 6-months and update you all on the outcome. If you choose to purchase this course, you’ll understand why I chose a 6 months...one step at a time!

What I appreciated most about this book is that it doesn't promote fad diets or quick fixes, but rather provides practical advice and tools to make lasting changes to your lifestyle. The author's tone is supportive and motivating, making it easy to stay on track with your weight loss journey. The book is also very well-organized, with clear chapters and helpful tips throughout. Overall, I highly recommend it
