great for sleep

Very nice for getting to sleep fast. I've tried other ways and other audiobook, but I really enjoy the beach theme for this particular audiobook. It's got a theme that makes it easy to fall asleep. Low volume is best though.

Got to sleep quick

It's been useful for me for many nights now, getting to sleep much faster instead of wasting time tossing and turning. Heavenly.

Nothing Special

Not sure what the hype is for this one or her other one. I really wanted to love this BUT I found it annoying. I prefer guided stories and this was not even close to being considered that. IF your looking for sleep stories, Glenn Harold has the best ones, this doesn’t even compare.

Kept waking up

I fell asleep immediately, which is great. Unfortunately, I kept waking up every time she started to speak, perhaps I had it turned up too loud? I woke up this morning exhausted.

I did find this audiobook very useful for sleep. It's got a repetitive theme that actually helps a lot with getting to sleep quickly.

This is hypnosis for sleep. I go to sleep in 2 seconds. Love the beach waves.

got to sleep fast

How nice, got to sleep fast. Keep it on a low volume thought so the credits don't wake you towards the end. Other than that, slept very well.

annoying and repetitive

so repetitive its annoying. there us no story its just her saying to relax and go to sleep over and over again. I started to feel crazy

helps me fall asleep and stay asleep at night.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and hear silent parts of the recording. there is probably some inauduble sound.I'm not found of the silence and have to restart a chapter of the recording to have some sound to fall asleep to. I use it when I feel like I will have a hard time sleeping and it works.

Great for sleep

It's been effective for getting to sleep. I like the beach theme a lot, that's a nice touch. Jasmine Harris's writing is really good and the delivery is soothing.
