great for sleep
Very nice for getting to sleep fast. I've tried other ways and other audiobook, but I really enjoy the beach theme for this particular audiobook. It's got a theme that makes it easy to fall asleep. Low volume is best though.

helps me fall asleep and stay asleep at night.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and hear silent parts of the recording. there is probably some inauduble sound.I'm not found of the silence and have to restart a chapter of the recording to have some sound to fall asleep to. Great for sleep
It's been effective for getting to sleep. I like the beach theme a lot, that's a nice touch. Jasmine Harris's writing is really good and the delivery is soothing.
