Have you ever lost control over your eating habits?

This book will show you how to lose weight permanently and sustainably without dieting! Finally, the author is releasing the effective strategies she has used to assist thousands of patients to restore their connection with food in her private practice and online programs.

If you are attempting to lose weight and battling emotional eating, you should know that you do not have to give up particular meals. You'll learn about the true psychological requirements that underpin your food cravings, how to address those needs in good ways, how to be mindful of your body, and how to discover the profound satisfaction that many overeaters seek in food in Detox Your Mind from Emotional Eating and Binge Eating.

It is not about the food. It's about how we use food to self-soothe, numb ourselves from the ache of living, or self-medicate when dealing with stress and unresolved feelings.

Identifying a problem is always the first step in treating it. This book will help you identify the issue. Few books provide interactive guidance to identify a problem and then begin to solve it. I’m free from emotional eating.

This book helped me to understand how to break out from those destructive loops. I now look forward to eating, I'm losing weight, and I like my meals.

Great Book

I purchased this book for a course I'm taking. It has been incredibly educational thus far. I appreciate that there are worksheets for each section.

This book really does work

My eating habits have altered as a result of this book. It's really absurd how reading anything may alter my daily behavior. I've just lost the urge for carbohydrates. I have to admit that I sometimes occasionally crave sweets, but it's not at all what it used to be.

Easy way!!

I'm aware of no other approach that actually works. I have temporarily stopped using coffee, sweets, emotional eating, computer usage, and smoking. Oh, and by the way, living is as simple as brushing your teeth. considerably more, which is simpler.

Love it.

After listening to this book, if you still indulge in emotional eating, it's probably just listening to it. It's straightforward: fear of deprivation is the only factor in junk food addiction. You quit consuming junk food if you don't feel deprived. Just observe your thoughts when you don't consume junk food and stop creating excuses. Find out how your body truly feels when you're hungry. You are capable of completing this.

Great!

This book is outstanding. after decades of accepting what constitutes comfort, reframes the thinking. I listen to it slowly and give myself plenty of time to process the content. I'll listen to it again to reinforce my new way of living.

Excellent.

The absence of my desire for junk food and sweets astonished me much. I do believe that in order for the recommendations in this book to be effective, much like hypnotism, you must be receptive to them.

Psychologist recommended

This book does a fantastic job of addressing emotional eating in a way that is both customized and generic enough for everyone to relate to, which is helpful for both clients and clinicians. Both my friends and clients have heard me promote it.
