Activate your Authentic Assertive Voice

I bought this book for a couple of clients who were struggling to stand up for themselves in the variety of situations. What I found was applicable to them, yes and, there were several gleanings for this professional coach as well. I realized that while I thought I was assertive, some of my responses due to delay in my response, were peppered with aggressiveness.
Thank you to Dr Paulette for such excellent real life examples, exercises, and practices that develop adult, accountable, and effective encounters. Brava!
