just ok

medical, clinical, basic info with a few tidbits thrown in, wouldn't recommend it. you may get simialr info by researching the internet or finding a good doctor to speak with.

easy to understand and apply. AWESOME reference and health guide. Packed with useful information. Needed for every home library where health, wellness and quality of life are priorities.

Dangerous for people with adrenal fatigue

The idea that keto is a healthy diet need to be taken with a healthy side serving of balanced information. People with hormonal issues like adrenal fatigue mustn’t further deteriorate gut microbiome and risk severe adrenal fatigue for the sake of a fab diet - and that is not mentioned anywhere.
There’s a danger of people following the ideas without having the other side of the information.
